Synergie is partnering with a trusted name in Australia's steel and wire product manufacturing sector, is seeking skilled and motivated Machine Operators to join our Glendenning production team.
If you're experienced with bending machines, off-coil machines, and overhead cranes, and you're ready to get hands-on in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate bending and off-coil machines for steel and wire processing
2. Set up machines and perform adjustments to meet production specifications
3. Use overhead cranes to safely handle and move heavy steel products
4. Perform manual labour tasks including loading/unloading, stacking, and sorting materials
5. Conduct basic quality checks on finished products
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
7. Follow WHS standards and report any hazards or issues
What You'll Need:
8. Prior experience operating bending or off-coil machines (highly regarded)
9. Experience using overhead cranes (training can be provided if required)
10. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
11. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
12. Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
13. Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
