Your Key responsibilities:Provide quality customer focused rostering and workforce management support services (including the planning, creation and maintenance of rosters) to line managers to ensure optimum workforce deployment.Pro-actively manage time and attendance records, liaising with staff and nurse unit/line managers to enable accurate scheduling activities and pay outcomes.Establish and maintain a close working relationship with nurse unit/line managers to understand the operating environment and requirements.Role fitThe essential requirements for this role are:Demonstrated experience performing rostering and/or workforce management support activities in a large and complex service delivery environment.Demonstrated knowledge of, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of Queensland Health's Integrated Workforce Management Solution and relevant industrial instruments as they apply to various employment streams.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities in relation to rostering and workforce management transactional issues.Why work with us?Work alongside passionate professionals in a supportive and inclusive environment that values people and prioritises employee success and wellbeing.
