Insurance Process Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support project and BAU initiatives in the insurance industry.


Main Responsibilities:

* To recommend business process improvements to the A&I committee.
* To explore opportunities for digital transformation in insurance processes.
* To develop and implement security controls and policy updates.


Requirements:

* A proven track record as a Business Analyst in insurance or financial services.
* Strong technical process documentation and analytical capabilities.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

This role will be focused on uplifting existing insurance processes, strengthening security controls, and finalising key technology migrations. If you have a strong understanding of insurance domain knowledge and technical process documentation skills, we encourage you to apply.
