We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Personal Training team as a Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and growing our PT business, delivering Cert III & IV in Fitness through AIPT to build a future trainer pipeline, and maintaining compliance, safety, and service standards across the PT team.
* Experienced in leadership (2+ years in a supervisory/management role)
* Cert III & IV in Fitness + Current First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)
* A strong mentor who thrives under pressure and drives team success
* Business-minded with proven success in PT or running a small business
* Authentic, approachable, and customer-focused
* A motivating role model who lives and breathes fitness culture
* Organised, target-driven, and committed to continuous improvement
