**MARKETING COORDINATOR - Trusted Rural Charity**
Operating through communities across Australia, this well-known and implicitly trusted support organisation is the central point of focus for primary producers and communities adversely affected by climate events.
Founded in Queensland in the troubled times of 2015, this esteemed non-profit now operates across the country in support of primary producers and rural communities. It primarily provides whatever help is needed to combat the disastrous effects of natural events like flood, fire and drought. But it also delivers a 'stronger futures' program, where mental health, resilience and sustainability are the central focus.
The purpose of the Marketing Coordinator is to deliver effective marketing and fundraising campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive income for our client's many programs that support farmers. In the role, you will be supporting the Marketing manager to deliver marketing strategies and deliver marketing and fundraising campaigns in order to drive engagement, grow the organisations' supporter base, and achieve fundraising revenue in order to support disaster recovery efforts and dedicated campaigns.
This includes responsibility for:
- Co-ordinating the fundraising program for individual giving, developing customer journeys and stewarding supporters with an aim to build engagement and loyalty
- Providing support for growth of the regular giving program, growing supporter numbers and increasing donation amounts
- Co-ordinating fundraising drives from fundraiser groups and through fundraising platforms
- Developing supporter insights to drive growth, through dashboards, campaign analysis and from quarterly brand tracking data
- Provide administrative support to other team members where required. This may include co-ordination of marketing campaign material, media event liaison, booking of external suppliers (e.g. printers, videographers) and data cleansing and other tasks associated with the organisations' CRM

To be successful in this position, you will need to have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Public Relations or Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational ability, good time management and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated experience in implementing marketing campaigns and building supporter journeys across marketing and communication channels
- Preference for fundraising experience or within a non-for-profit organisation
- Preference for experience in working with CRM systems and/or in working with a customer database
- Proficiency in working with relevant systems; Microsoft suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and WordPress
