This position works as a member of a Chronic and Complex multidisciplinary team. The Senior Occupational Therapist is responsible for the clinical leadership, co-ordination, and clinical governance of the Occupational Therapy service, to provide a professional level of service, with a commitment to multidisciplinary and evidence-based approaches to service delivery and improving health outcomes. The senior Occupational Therapist is responsible for contributing to the planning, implementation, evaluation improvement and reporting of the occupational therapy service within the CAC team. CAC Occupational Therapists are expected to work from different locations across WSLHD as reasonably required.
