Length: 24 months + 3 x 12-month extensions
Location of work: Canberra
The Organisational Change Manager and Trainer will work on a range of complex projects, transformations, data migrations and other programs, utilising a variety of technologies including Oracle, Microsoft Power Platform, Virtual Desktop infrastructure, and Cloud technology among others.
Key Responsibilities
* Working in large-scale organisational change management programs and projects
* Managing all Organisational Change Management planning and documentation
* Developing project communications and artefacts
* Developing training material (Document, Video, etc)
* Leading training sessions with end users
* Assisting with business readiness for business and technical cutovers
* Assisting with end user acceptance testing
* Having strong relationship, interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to manage broad range of stakeholders
* PROSCI and Training certified (Advantageous)
* Conducting performance tests to ensure the software can handle the expected load
