Salary: $68,865 – $75,000 (depending on experience and skill set)

Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the daily operations of our restaurant and bar outlets. Working closely with the F&B Manager, you will help lead the team, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all F&B areas.
About the Role
* Supervise daily restaurant/ bar operations
* Provide hands-on leadership during shifts
* Support staff training, coaching, and development
* Maintain high service standards across all F&B outlets
* Assist with rostering, labour control, and workforce planning
* Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, hygiene, and workplace practices
* Liaise with the kitchen, F&B management, and other departments to deliver seamless service
* Address guest enquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism

Qualifications & Experience
* AQF Certificate II or III, OR
* At least 1 year of relevant experience, OR
* Minimum2–3 years relevant experience may substitute formal qualifications.
* Experience supervising teams in a customer service-driven environment
* Strong computer literacy, including POS and Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of Fair Work standards and safe work practices
* Ability to build strong guest and team relationships
