The Senior Data Systems Analyst is responsible for leading the onboarding of electronic data trading partners and ensuring successful trading partner implementations. This role monitors client data submissions and communicates with clients to resolve data quality issues.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist partners in creating data feeds according to defined specifications.
* Communicate proactively with trading partners and clients to facilitate onboarding.
* Coordinate with clients on data needs and deadlines.
* Identify and resolve data quality issues reported or discovered through new file submissions.
* Handle partner requests and questions regarding data specifications.
* Review received files for compliance and support testing and mapping configuration.
* Configure mapping tools for data translation, testing, and documentation.
* Evaluate and report on trading partner performance in meeting data specifications.
* Serve as an internal and client-facing expert on data requirements and specifications.
* Communicate data needs to trading partners during onboarding and ongoing operations.
* Coordinate data feed transfers and corrections to maintain service continuity.
* Stay informed on updates and changes to data specifications.
* Lead web-based training sessions on data specifications and requirements.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (8+ years), or related training.
* Experience with ETL, analytics, SSIS, and Microsoft BI stack.
* Healthcare and/or pharmacy data experience is preferred.
* Previous client-facing experience is required.
* Must be responsive, able to work under pressure, and demonstrate urgency.
