Accenture is currently recruiting for a Partner Manager to work with the Big 6 agency Holdcos for our client's digital media sales business. Our client’s ad solutions leverage our company’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences as they use our clients’ cutting-edge social media platform. We are partnering with our client to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and much more. The PM will be instrumental in driving the roll out of large digital media advertising solutions to the ANZ market, and an integral part of growing our business.

Responsibilities



1. Proactively create strategic opportunities that drive commercial results
2. Manage an individual revenue target, including accurately forecasting and maintaining pipeline hygiene
3. You will also work with businesses and brands that have already started advertising on the platform to understand their strategic and tactical goals and co-create the right marketing plan to achieve them.
4. Gain an in-depth understanding of partners' business goals in their respective markets, offering educated insights to help them to succeed.
5. Developing and growing long term relationships as the ‘face’ & first point of contact for your clients.
6. Work toward fixed KPIs & a quarterly sales target.
7. Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to share (and gain) valuable knowledge on your role.
8. Act a point of contact and knowledge escalation within the team.
9. 3 - 5 years of experience in digital media or marketing or in a target driven, customer-facing role (sales is preferred).
10. Established network of relationships in Holdco agencies.
11. Proficient Salesforce
12. In depth, demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing, including understanding of metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM and ROAS.
13. Demonstrated experience using analytical approaches to solving business problems.
14. Demonstrable ability to train and educate advertisers on solutions including how to create and optimise campaigns.
15. Demonstrable ability to understand, validate, and overcome customer objections by crafting a compelling marketing plan to use our client's platform & functionality to achieve advertisers goals.
16. Ability to learn quickly and maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of the client’s products and services.
17. Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology.
18. Proven experience in working toward quarterly goals, in a KPI driven environment
