* Maintain and grow customers relationships.
* Develop new business opportunities and grow customer base.
* Research, target and drive Export opportunities with new and existing SME Customers based on Country/Trade direction.
* Maintain and grow new and existing customer relationships, keeping yourself on top of marketing trends.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation through to contract generation and performance tracking.
* Plan and execute +20 tele sales calls per week over the phone and/or via video media.
* Provide accurate account forecasting.
* Maintain in-house CRM, ensuring sales activity, customer details and contacts are up to date.
* Promote new services and solutions introduced by ZIM.
* Work closely with colleagues across all departments to provide a high level of customer service.
Requirements:
* Experience in Customer Service or Sales, experience in Logistics highly regarded.
* Hunger to secure new business and increase profitability.
* Passion to meet and exceed customer needs.
* Ability to think outside the box to resolve internal/external issues.
* Curious mindset and ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of shipping.
