* Develop and implement play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF framework.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
* Support the development of educational programs, including planning, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes the well-being and development of all children.
Casual educators will have the opportunity to work across different rooms, covering shifts from 6:30am-6:30pm. This role involves supporting daily routines, transitions, and educators in their day-to-day tasks. We are looking for individuals who can adapt quickly to new environments and build rapport with children through a warm and approachable demeanor.
