Job Title
Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets, maintain store appearance, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and promotions.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase employee satisfaction.
