- Current light truck/MR license or willing to obtain
The Role
The purpose of this role is to deliver product to our customers in good condition in an effective and timely manner. You will also be required to assist in the warehouse and pick orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers as per invoice requirements, providing exceptional customer service
- To undertake all duties in a safe responsible and courteous manner
- Practice safe and correct manual handling
- Correctly present paperwork as per company procedures
- Occasionally obtain and be responsible for payment from customers
- Picking orders among other warehouse functions in a cold store environment
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications
- Must have experience as a Delivery Driver
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Must possess a customer focused, positive and professional attitude
- Must have a solid understanding of OHS and HACCP requirements
- Good communication, time, and organisational skills
- Sound literacy skills and basic PC knowledge
- High standard of personal presentation
- Able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Forklift license is highly regarded but not essential.
- Physically fit to carry out the work required
