Your New Role
This is a hands on role where you'll be responsible for driving sales, developing your team and delivering an outstanding customer experience every day. You will have full ownership of your store's operations and the opportunity to make a real impact on the brand's presence in Canberra.
The Day To Day:
- Lead and manage all aspects of your store's daily operations, including team performance, sales and customer experience.
- Coach, mentor and develop your team to maximise potential and drive engagement.
- Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store reflects the brand's aesthetic.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training to strengthen team capability.
- Partner with Head Office on rostering, reporting and operational initiatives.
- Foster a positive, skilled and community-focused culture within the store.

- Proven success as a Store Manager in fashion or retail.
