What We Offer
* Work Life Balance Focus - 40hr, 4 Day Working Week, with a versatile mix of day shifts and night shifts. We have a team of 4 duty manager so roster balance is easily achieved. 5 week annual leave.

What We're Looking For
* Hospitality Management Experience – A minimum of 2 years experience as a Duty Manager experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
* Venue Operations Knowledge – Solid understanding of all aspects of a licensed venue, including gaming, beverage service, high volume food service, Keno, TAB, cash handling, and compliance.
* Required Certifications – RSA, RSG, RMLV, CLO, TAB, KENO & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Be an Approved Manager.
* Customer Service Excellence – Understanding of Club customer service with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Leadership & Decision-Making – Ability to lead by example, solve problems and conflict, proactively.
* Team Player & Independent Worker – Capable of working both independently and collaboratively and make decisions confidently.
* High Standards & Attention to Detail – Ensuring policies, procedures, and service standards are met consistently.
* Professional Presentation – Well‐groomed and presentable at all times.
Hospitality hours are required for this role including nights, weekends & public holidays.
