We are seeking a Senior Dermal & Laser Clinician to join our full-time team — a highly experienced professional who thrives in a specialist, results-driven environment and is motivated by delivering exceptional long-term skin transformations.
You will work alongside a Medical Director, four experienced Registered Nurses, an additional Senior Skin & Laser Clinician, and a multidisciplinary team committed to best-in-class patient outcomes.
This role is suited to a clinician who is ready to operate at the top of their scope, in an environment that matches their capability.

You will work with superior, pharmaceutical-grade, result-driven skincare ranges and be supported by systems that allow you to deliver true, comprehensive skin journeys — not isolated treatments.

About You
You are an experienced and competent dermal and laser clinician who:
* Has extensive experience with laser, IPL, RF microneedling, peels, and advanced skin therapies
* Understands how to build long-term patient treatment plans combining home care and in-clinic modalities
* Is confident educating patients and creating compliance with prescribed skin journeys
* Thrives working collaboratively with cosmetic nurses and senior clinicians
* Takes pride in meticulous documentation, photography, and patient progress tracking
* Values continual education and operating with the most advanced technologies available
* Is motivated, accountable, and driven by achieving measurable results
* Holds a minimum of Diploma in Beauty Therapy
* Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
Radiation Health licensing and prior experience in a procedural or specialist clinic environment required.
Your Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalised treatment journeys
* Deliver advanced dermal and laser treatments to the highest clinical standard
* Work collaboratively with our nursing team on combination treatment plans
* Utilise Observe and Clinical imaging systems to track and present patient progress
* Build and maintain a loyal returning patient base through exceptional outcomes and communication
* Maintain pristine clinical standards and accurate patient records
* Contribute to a team culture focused on excellence, education, and growth
