Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of 2 direct reports, fostering growth and development within the group.
2. Liaise with key decision-makers in stores, building strong relationships and negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes.
3. Drive business growth through incremental opportunities and compliance activities.
4. Ensure strict adherence to provided OH&S guidelines, promoting a safe working environment.
5. Work collaboratively as a member of the NSW field team, contributing to shared goals and objectives.
6. Effectively manage your POS and merchandiser budget to optimize results.
