Ellipsis is one of a kind. We are The Loyalty Experts. A specialist loyalty consultancy on a mission to become the world's best, and we're looking for a Principal to help get us there. This is a senior, client‐facing leadership role with commercial accountability: you'll own end-to-end client relationships with C‐suite leaders across many sectors, drive business development, and lead a high‐performing consulting team, reporting directly to the CEO.

If you're a loyalty and CRM expert who's spent a decade or more in management consulting and is ready for a role that combines strategic advisory with business innovation and people leadership, this is it. This role is for an experienced leader with a deep understanding of the loyalty industry trends and a proven track record of using knowledge to deliver commercial outcomes for the clients.

What you'll do

* Own a portfolio of senior client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor to C‐suite stakeholders on loyalty and customer strategy.
* Lead delivery of high‐impact consulting projects end‐to‐end. Structuring workstreams, managing teams, and ensuring commercial outcomes using our proprietary Customer Science frameworks.
* Drive revenue growth through client development and new business, identifying opportunities, leading proposals, and converting pipeline into long‐term engagements.
* Coach and develop a team of Consulting Managers and Consultants, setting the standard for quality, rigour and professional growth.
* Shape Ellipsis's AI consulting strategy and contribute to product, IP and business development at a senior level.
* Build thought leadership through publications, events and partnerships to strengthen Ellipsis's reputation as The Loyalty Experts.
* Be a member of the Executive Leadership Team to shape, direct and grow the business against our ambitious plans.

Who you are

* 10+ years in management consulting, with deep expertise in loyalty strategy, CRM or customer engagement.
* Proven track record managing large‐scale client projects and converting business development opportunities into sustained revenue.
* Experienced leading and developing consulting teams in a fast‐paced, client‐driven environment.
* Highly data‐literate. Comfortable building and reviewing financial models and business cases that quantify the ROI of loyalty investment.
* Exceptional communicator and influencer at the senior stakeholder level; you simplify complexity without losing rigour.
* Up to date on AI tools and their application to consulting delivery and excited about what that means for the future of consulting.
