About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Frontend Engineering Lead to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will play a key leadership role in the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain high-quality, scalable, and user-centric frontend experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex frontend applications using React and other modern JavaScript frameworks.
* Architect and build scalable and maintainable frontend solutions, including SPAs, PWAs, and microfrontends.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
* Ensure the quality and performance of frontend applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and industry best practices.
* Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and tools.
* Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering with a strong focus on React.
* 5+ years of experience developing and supporting web-based SaaS applications in AWS or other cloud environments.
* 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
* Strong understanding of core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, etc.).
* Experience with backend technologies, TypeScript) and other backend languages (Go, Python) is a plus.
* Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API design (REST, GraphQL).
* Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Terraform), containerization, and managing development environments.
* Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance practices, and security best practices (OWASP).
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
* Passion for building high-quality, user-centric products.

* Experience with building native mobile apps (Kotlin, Swift, React Native)
