About The Role: To provide superior sales and service to DHF’s members and prospects. Sales Agents must be knowledgeable, responsive, polite, and respectful, managing leads via phone or email without cold calling.

Principal Purpose of the Position: Proactively sell health insurance to new customers through inbound/outbound channels, with no cold calling.
Key Challenges:
* Meeting customer expectations in a fast-paced environment
* Balancing customer needs with business outcomes
* Adhering to compliance and legislative requirements
* Managing high information volume and industry changes
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interactions
* Provide seamless service and accurate information via phone, email, or mail
* Identify growth opportunities in customer records
* Maintain high call quality
Sales and Retention
* Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and cross-sell opportunities
* Ensure compliance and meet sales targets
Team and Product Development
* Participate in training and process reviews
* Provide accurate product information and competitor analysis
Department Contribution
* Maintain professional standards and support team goals
Success Criteria:
* HSC or equivalent, Bachelor’s preferred
* ASIC RG 146 Tier 1 compliant preferred
* 2+ years in customer service/sales and health insurance preferred
* Excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office and CRM, business acumen, stakeholder management
