Our client based in Park Ridge is currently looking for a Trade Qualified Boiler Maker, pay rate is $60 - $90 per hour. Immediate start and possible ongoing work for the right candidate. Day shift, overtime work available.

Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures, equipment, and components.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Perform welding (MIG, TIG, ARC) and cutting tasks to required standards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery safely.
- Carry out measurements, marking out, and quality checks with precision.
- Undertake maintenance, modifications, and fitting of heavy equipment or structures.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to meet production schedules.
Qualifications
- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker (Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication).
- Proven experience in fabrication, welding, and structural repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Competence in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
- Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and quality workmanship.
- Sound understanding of safety procedures and safe work practices.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
