Job Description
The Senior Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the following:
* Deliver financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Present board reports and findings to the SLT
* Collaborate with department leaders to develop budgets and forecasts.
* Partner with operations & work closely with the head of transformation to drive efficiencies
* Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders.
* Drive process improvements across financial planning and analysis functions.
* Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulations.
* Support the implementation of new financial systems or tools as required.
* Act as a trusted advisor to business units within the retail industry.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Finance Business Partner Should Have
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* CA/CPA Qualification preferred
* Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the retail industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
* A focus on achieving results and driving business performance.
