Located in St Leonards, right by the train & metro stations, our well known and highly reputable client is looking to hire a data entry officer on a 2 month temporary basis. This role would offer opportunity to work with a hugely successful, well known business as part of their finance function. This role would be ideal for a Working Holiday Visa holder
Position Description
* High volume data entry
* Identify, review and correct data exceptions
* Basic invoicing
* Track and resolve technical issues in conjunction with the wider team
* General office duties – including answering phones & collecting mail
* Complete administration duties related to client admission, transition, alterations and discharge according to organisational process and systems
Profile
As an ideal applicant you will have:
* Previous experience in a similar data entry role
* Experience using a large CRM is preferred
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel
* Proven ability to think and plan logically with excellent analytical and
* problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability and strong desire to ensure clients are in receipt of exceptional service standards.
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
* An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment including the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
