About the role
This full-time position is primarily based in Gosford NSW, you will be responsible for greeting customers, managing the display suite & furnished apartments, generating sales leads, conducting property viewings while driving exceptional customer service and business growth.
What you'll be doing
* Provide guests with relevant and accurate documentation/collateral and provide masterplan presentation demonstrating various product options and explaining their benefits
* Assist with daily operations & upkeep of the Sales environments.
* Supporting Sales executives with day-to-day tasks
* Qualify incoming leads from marketing strategies (via phone, social & digital) and nurture from lead qualification through to appointment.
* Outbound contact through calls, SMS & email to marketing qualified leads from the company's CRM to understand customers to identify their interests, needs, and motivations to purchase a property.
What we're looking for
* Proven track record in residential real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
* Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
* Proficient in using real estate software and technology to support your sales activities (salesforce experience is highly beneficial)
* Knowledgeable about the local property market and staying up to date with industry trends
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one
* Passionate, dynamic individual with a friendly and helpful disposition which can be heard in their voice
* Demonstrated ability to qualify leads and set appointments
* Experience in Real Estate is preferred but not essential
* Ability to work Saturday & Sunday - RDO Provided
