Join Aquatic Technologies, a leading water management company based in Carrum Downs. As our business grows, we're excited to introduce a new Administrative & Marketing Assistant role—perfect for someone who thrives on variety, responsibility, and being part of a supportive, close-knit team.
This is an onsite role, where your input is genuinely valued. You won't be "just another staff member"—you'll play a key part in keeping our operations and marketing running smoothly.
Please note: This role will commence as a casual contract until the successful completion of a probation period, after which it will transition to a permanent full-time position.
In this dual-role position, you'll provide essential administrative support while assisting with marketing tasks that help keep our brand active, organised, and professional.
Key Responsibilities
Administration – approx. 60%
* Manage day-to-day office operations and liaise confidently with customers and suppliers
* Reseller management, purchase order processing, MYOB data entry, and dispatch coordination.
* Handle data entry, incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff
* Assist with dispatching customer orders and processing returns
* Managing the office agenda calendar
* Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory
* Carry out general administrative tasks as required
Marketing Support – 40%
* Support the creation of a marketing calendar and assume responsibility for its ongoing management.
* Assist with the implementation of digital marketing campaigns
* Create and schedule engaging social media posts
* Help update product listings and content across online marketplaces
* Coordinate marketing promotions and activities
* Maintain accurate records of marketing performance metrics
What we're looking for
* Previous and up-to-date experience in an office environment across administration and/or marketing
* Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel skills essential)
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Highly organised with strong time-management skills
* Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work – we value team members who take pride in doing things properly and don't cut corners
* Maintains a tidy, organised workspace
* Willingness to learn, ask questions, and contribute ideas
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Must have full Australian work rights
* This is a fully onsite position: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:30pm
