About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, and commercially astute and technically capable Key Account & Channel Manager to take ownership of Connect Source's most important customer relationships. This role exists to retain and grow our key customer accounts and to identify and convert technology refresh and cross‐sell opportunities across the wider Connect Source offering. The role will require building knowledge of the product offering to support Sales Administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow strategic key customer relationships across Australia, acting as their senior commercial and technical escalation point of contact
* Maintain a deliberate contact cadence with strategic customers, becoming their trusted advisor at Connect Source
* Act as the senior escalation point for key customer and channel partner matters
* Identify and convert cross‐sell opportunities across Connect Source's wider offering
* Handle finance‐related escalations for key accounts in conjunction with Finance, including billing queries, invoice disputes and overdue or debt matters
* Maintain accurate key account plans, opportunity forecasts and CRM and ERP records for the named book of accounts
* Report regularly to the General Manager of Sales on key account health, retention risk, escalations and expansion pipeline
About You
* Minimum five years' experience in a senior account management, key account, strategic account or technical sales role with a proven retention and expansion track record
* Demonstrated experience handling key customer escalations without displacing business as usual support functions
* Strong commercial acumen — quoting, negotiating and forecasting against gross profit targets
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate from operator to executive level, and the willingness to travel interstate as required

This is a full‐time role with an immediate start available. The position is based on a 40‐hour work week, Monday to Friday.
