They participate as a member of the Tasmanian clinical pharmacy management team, providing leadership in service design, operation, evaluation, policy review, training, and project work.The Role :Extensive experience and advanced knowledge in activities such as dispensing, patient counselling, clinical pharmacy, manufacturing, and medicines information, preferably in a hospital setting.Advanced knowledge of relevant standards, legislation, codes of practice, and workplace guidelines.Strong communication, negotiation, conflict management, and professional leadership skills.Details of appointment :This is a permanent, full-time position working up to 76 hours per fortnight, with hours to be negotiated. The role involves shift work and may require participation in an on-call and weekend roster. The position is available immediately, and the selection process may be used to fill similar vacancies for up to twelve months.Salary : $123,717 to $138,296 per annum, with an additional 11.5% superannuation contribution. Salary packaging and benefits such as living expenses up to $9,010 and meal entertainment up to $2,650 per FBT year are available. Access to salaries beyond $130,900 depends on qualifications and application to the personal upgrade scheme.
