The Role 
You will provide direct support to our advisers, ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties include: 
Answering and making phone calls 
Mail and banking 
Paperwork and accurate record-keeping 
File notes during meetings and client interactions 
Scheduling and managing appointments 
General office administration 
Completing work as directed by advisers 
What We’re Looking For 
Robust organisational and communication skills 
Skilled phone manner and attention to detail 
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently 
Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
Previous office administration or financial services industry experience preferred, but not essential
