Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to boost revenue
* Monitor market dynamics, competitor practices, and industry trends

* Collaborate with national/global sales teams to achieve common goals
* Represent our hotels at trade shows and sales trips to establish key partnerships
* Ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded through exemplary service delivery
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management is a must
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
* Proficiency in hotel systems and revenue management is essential
* Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills are required
* A strategic and tactical mindset with the ability to work independently and lead others is crucial
