Key responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Administration & Events Officer who embraces opportunity, delivers their best, and works collaboratively with a humble, customer-focused approach.
You will play a critical role in:
Preparing recruitment documentation and assisting with applications and submissions
Data entry, records management, and first-line administrative support for recruitment teams
Planning and coordinating internal events and team initiatives
Our environment is dynamic and often fast-paced, with tight deadlines and high-volume recruitment requirements from Federal, State, and Local Government clients. Success in this role comes from strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
As a key member of the Administration and Corporate Services team, you'll work closely with our tight-knit yet inclusive operational recruitment teams. Reporting to the Administration & Corporate Services Manager, you'll have access to all the support and training you willneed to be successful in the role.
Essential Skills and Requirements
Minimum 2 years of administration experience
Confident phone manner and strong interpersonal skills
Reliable, committed, and self-motivated
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent initiative, time management, and multitasking abilities
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
Recruitment industry or CRM experience beneficial
Relevant Administrative, Accounts, or Project qualifications desirable
