About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team in Melbourne.

* Lead training initiatives and manage KPI reporting.
* Strong communication skills and technical qualifications in health and safety required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management and be able to provide expert advice on compliance and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide training and support to staff on health and safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
* Professional certifications such as OHSA or NEBOSH.
* Minimum 3 years experience in health and safety management.
