Our client is a luxurious travel and tourism organisation based centrally on the Gold Coast. Due to their continued success a Member Services Consultant is needed to join their team on a permanent basis.
**Your new role**
As the member services consultant you will be responsible for:
- Handling enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Managing bookings
- Database management
- Processing transactions
- Handling complaints and problem solving
- Preparing correspondence and document control
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role or within a call centre environment (travel or tourism experience is advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional phone manner
- The ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work full time Monday - Friday
