Service Delivery Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality services to children and families. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our team of coordinators and assistant coordinators, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Support: Provide guidance and support to our coordinators and assistant coordinators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, including national regulations and industry standards.
* Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of our services, ensuring that we operate within budget and make efficient use of resources.
* Staff Development: Identify opportunities for staff development and implement training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and community groups, to ensure that our services meet the needs of the community.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Diploma qualification in Children's Services or equivalent, or relevant experience.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in managing and delivering high-quality OSHC services.
* Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations, ability to lead and manage teams, and effective time management and prioritization skills.
* Certifications: Current certification in First Aid, CPR, Asthma Management, and Anaphylaxis Management, and a valid driver's licence.
* Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to providing exceptional service to children and families.
