Inspired by our Yatte Minahare spirit, which encourages us to dream big, Suntory Oceania has recently built a $400 million new state of the art distribution & manufacturing facility in Swanbank, Queensland, that is highly automated and has sustainability and a carbon neutral ambition, aligning with our Growing for Good philosophy.
The Opportunity
Our brand-new world class beverage manufacturing facility in Swanbank, Ipswich crafts our multi-beverage portfolio with some of Australia's most iconic beverages.
We are currently looking to employ a manufacturing specialist who is a Subject Matter Expert across, Glass & Can packaging to enable our Manufacturing capability.
What You'll Do
* Utilize various high-speed automated packaging equipment to execute our daily/weekly/monthly targets, aligned to our manufacturing plan including all deliverables and improvement initiatives.
* Achieve daily company compliance GMP and HACCP standards.
* Facilitate effective problem solving.
* Drive continuous improvement activities on the production lines.
Experience that you will bring
We are looking for someone who is outcome focused with a positive can-do attitude as well as:
* FMCG manufacturing experience
* Lean manufacturing industry experience
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
