This pivotal role will drive transformational change in workplace strategies, optimizing space utilization and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple agencies.
You will serve as the functional representative for OPM across the account and act as a trusted advisor to the Account Director and leadership team.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement OPM strategies aligned with client's objectivesFoster relationships with senior stakeholdersLead high-level negotiations and presentations for new business opportunitiesDrive innovation in workplace solutionsOversee OPM services across the client's portfolioImplement best practices in space planning and workplace optimizationDevelop and monitor KPIs for continuous service improvementReview and update project status reports on seat demand and capacity forecastsLead and mentor a high-performing team of OPM professionalsServe as Subject Matter Expert for key systems and processesManage budgets and financial performance for the OPM functionIdentify opportunities for revenue growth and service expansionDevelop pricing strategies for new and existing servicesYou will have:Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPointUnderstanding of floorplans and AI-related knowledgeExcellent communication and presentation skills at all leadership levelsStrategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plansExpertise in creating accurate planning reports for Corporate Real Estate decisionsAbility to navigate complex organizations and drive changeProficiency in CAFM systems and space planning softwareCommitment to sustainability and workplace well-being principlesBachelor's degree in relevant field (MBA preferred)Location: On-site – Canberra, ACTIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
