Role
Area Manager - Home Care, Ballina and Tweeds Head based role. We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee a team of 3 Care Managers and 1 support worker team leader based in the Ballina and Tweeds Head area.
The Home Care Area Manager is a key management role. The role is responsible for leadership, direction, oversight of care delivery, and business performance and growth within our Home Care community portfolio. The position encompasses strategic, governance and operational elements to ensure team members provide high-quality care and services to our clients in their own home and the community, while operating within budget, and meeting compliance requirements.
About You
You will be an expert in Aged Care and in particular Home Care services.
You will have a can do attitude to leadership and love to lead from the front.
You will be known as the manager who can lead change within a constantly changing landscape.
You will have a minimum 5 years operational or administrative management experience with demonstrated ability to lead change and sustain a high-performing and geographically dispersed team.
You will also have strong financial acumen with experience performing effectively against operational budgets across multiple locations, including labour costs.
To be the total stand out candidate you will have an understanding of Veterans' experience and needs.
