Gough Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join one of our clients in a junior capacity. This is an excellent prospect for someone looking to build a career in construction and gain hands-on experience across commercial projects. The company also does luxury residential.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with project coordination and contract administration tasks.
Support site teams with documentation, RFIs, and progress reporting.
Help maintain project schedules and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to keep projects on track.
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Excellent communication and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with construction software (Procore experience is a plus).
