Remuneration: $75,011.44 to $87,199.34 pa + superannuation & leave loading
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about supporting people and processes? We're seeking a dedicated People and Culture Officer to play a key role in delivering high-quality support across the organisation. A major focus of this role is providing hands-on assistance with full-cycle payroll operations, working closely with the P&C Services Co-Ordinator and our Payroll Advisor to ensure timely, accurate and compliant payroll outcomes. Alongside payroll support, you'll contribute to a range of People & Culture activities, helping to deliver a responsive and customer-focused service to staff and stakeholders.
To be successful for this role you will require:
* Relevant qualification and / or industry experience with demonstrated knowledge in human resources.
* A working knowledge of P&C/HR and payroll systems.
* Demonstrated experience to plan, coordinate and prioritise a demanding workload.
* Proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High level of competency in Microsoft office suite and ability to adapt quickly to other software programs.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Valid Victorian Working with Children Check.
* Valid National Police Check.
* Valid Driver's Licence.
