We are on the lookout for an energetic and can-do Administration Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the HR Superintendent, we want someone who is proactive, flexible, and happy to jump in and help wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee office setup, maintenance, supplies, and uniform distribution.
* Coordination of site accommodation and locker allocation.
* Assist with travel bookings and logistics for site personnel and visitors.
* Manage appointment scheduling, bookings, and meeting minutes
* Assist HR with onboarding of new starters
* Maintain employee data and post company updates using the Employment Hero platform.
* Assist with timesheet management
* Functions and BBQ coordination
* General administration duties
Key Qualifications & Skills:
* 2-3 years' experience in a similar administration role
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Confidentiality
* Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and execute professionally under pressure
