About the Role
We're looking for a qualified chef experienced in Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine, particularly skilled with char grill cooking techniques. The successful candidate will work alongside a dedicated kitchen team to produce consistent, high-quality dishes and help maintain our excellent reputation.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook authentic Turkish and Mediterranean dishes to a high standard
* Operate and maintain the char grill and other kitchen equipment safely
* Maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards at all times
* Contribute to menu planning and bring creative ideas to enhance our offerings
* Work collaboratively with the team and maintain a positive kitchen environment
* Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health standards
About You
* Previous experience in a Turkish, Mediterranean, or similar kitchen preferred
* Strong skills in char grill cooking and meat preparation
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
