Myers Asbestos Removal – Brisbane West is a well-established and growing company specializing in Class B (non-friable) asbestos removal and soft demolition services. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive and safe work environment for our team.
What We Offer:
* Above award casual rates, plus overtime and superannuation
* Immediate start available
* 3 – 5 days' work per week
* Based in Southeast Queensland, servicing Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Lockyer Valley, and Darling Downs
* All PPE and uniforms provided
* Opportunity to transition to permanent part-time employment after 12 months for the right candidate
Qualifications & Experience:
* Construction White Card (mandatory)
* Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory)
* Heavy vehicle licence (highly regarded)
* Class B (non-friable) asbestos removal ticket CPCCDE3014 preferred but not essential — training provided
* Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
Key Responsibilities:
* Non-friable asbestos removal (Class B)
* Soft demolition and strip-out work
* Conducting site inspections for testing and quotations
* Hazardous material remediation tasks
* Comfortable working at heights
