A well-established facility in Canberra is looking for a Caretaker to join their growing team. This organisation prides itself on its culture and unique working environment, and are known as a well-respected business.
Your new role
As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for the presentation and upkeep of a commercial property portfolio. You will provide professional and superior customer service to the tenants. Ensuring the buildings and surrounding areas are rubbish and waste free, guaranteeing all sites are always presented at their best. You will be quick on your feet and able to efficiently fulfil a variety of tasks that are both scheduled and reactive. You will be interacting with tenants and the general public as well as subcontractors. When required, you may also have to assist other teams.
What you'll need to succeed
Aside from having previous experience in a similar role, you will be able to work autonomously and collaborate with your wider team, as well as having:
* Excellent written and oral communication
* Professional presentation
* Be a self-starter with a high attention to detail
* White card, asbestos awareness, Chemical Certificate (desirable)
* A valid driving licence
* Be able to pass a 10-year police check
