Your new role
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, enabling strategic priorities and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This is a pivotal role requiring initiative, discretion, and exceptional organisational skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Preparing professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Supporting executive decision-making and maintaining confidentiality
* Coordinating team operations and contributing to a high-performing culture
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a proactive mindset and a strong background in executive support. You will have:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate or government setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism
* Experience in project coordination or stakeholder engagement (highly regarded)
This position is only open to Australian Citizens and you must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance. (Baseline, NV1, NV2 or TSPV)
