Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has become available for a Lease Administrator to step into a well‐structured team managing a quality portfolio of commercial assets.

The Opportunity
Working alongside an experienced property and facilities team, you'll play a key role in supporting the administration of leases across a diverse commercial portfolio.
You'll gain hands‐on exposure to lease processes, documentation, and compliance, while working in an environment that values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous development.
This is a role where you'll be supported, trusted, and given the opportunity to grow over time.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare lease documentation including new leases, renewals, and variations
* Maintain accurate lease records and critical date tracking
* Assist with rent reviews, CPI increases, and outgoings administration
* Liaise with tenants, solicitors, and internal stakeholders
* Support the property team with reporting and documentation
* Ensure compliance with lease terms and relevant legislation
* Maintain and update property management systems
About You
You are organised, detail‐focused, and take pride in producing accurate work. You enjoy working in a structured environment and are looking to build a long‐term career in commercial property.
To be successful, you will have:
* Previous experience in administration (property experience highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* A proactive and reliable approach
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

* Experience in lease administration or property management
* Exposure to commercial property
* Familiarity with property management systems
