* Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise database solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.

* Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to onboard new services and deliver complex database solutions.

* Perform advanced diagnostics, root cause analysis, and proactive performance tuning to minimize unplanned outages.

* Develop and maintain operational procedures aligned with change management frameworks.

* Provide expert advice on emerging technologies, mentor team members, and support critical ICT projects across Oracle and AWS platforms.

* Extensive experience managing and supporting Oracle Databases in large-scale, enterprise environments.

* Proficient in Oracle technologies including RMAN, RAC, Data Guard, OEM, Exadata, database cloning, and migration tools.

* Practical experience with Oracle RDS in AWS and hybrid infrastructure setups.

* Strong track record in delivering resilient, high availability, and disaster recovery database solutions.
