Tréidlia Biovet is seeking a driven and proactive Bacterin Production Technician to join its Bacterin Production team. This is a hands‐on laboratory and manufacturing role suited to candidates with experience or training in microbiology, laboratory science, or GMP production.
The successful applicant will work in a fast‐paced production environment, supporting bacterial vaccine manufacturing while ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Based at Seven Hills, Sydney, the company produces a diverse portfolio of bacterial, viral, and recombinant vaccines in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform bacterial culturing in liquid broths and on agar plates
* Collect samples for quality control (QC) testing
* Conduct cell counts and related laboratory assays
* Carry out sterile filling operations within a clean room
* Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, SOPs, and work instructions
* Maintain accurate and detailed GMP documentation and records
* Work closely with the Quality Department to support compliance activities
* Assist with internal and external audits
* Operate and maintain laboratory and production equipment, including fermenters, centrifuges, incubators, shakers, biosafety cabinets (BSCs), pH meters, warm rooms, RO water systems, and liquid nitrogen tanks
Qualifications & Skills Required
* TAFE qualification in laboratory work, ideally with a focus on microbiology
* Previous experience in a GMP or GLP environment and/or PC2 laboratory
