About the Role
As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations across our organisation.
* You will provide timely and effective Level 1 & 2 IT support to staff across multiple sites (onsite and remote).
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
* Maintain IT assets, equipment, and inventories.
* Assist with system upgrades, installations, and patches.
* Support the implementation of new technologies and digital transformation projects.
* Provide clear communication and support to staff with varying levels of IT knowledge.
* Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and privacy standards.
