**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Head of Property, you will work alongside a team of FM's running the day-to-day management of a small portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail assets located throughout Victoria.
**Your key accountabilities will be**:
- Managing property services and operations across the portfolio including tenancy conditions, building maintenance, repairs, rectification and fitout works
- Adherence of service providers to contractual obligations to ensure a high level of delivery
- Carry out regular inspections relating to the condition of properties and actioning any required works or initiatives to protect and enhance asset value
- Administrative tasks as required and updating and using the company's FM Software to manage work orders and requests
- Ensure performance is optimised in relation to lifecycle asset management and sustainability
- Delivering on minor projects from fit-outs to upgrades of plant and equipment, including scoping of works and budget management
- Responding to tenants' requests in a timely and customer-oriented manner
- Essential Services Compliance and Risk Management

- An attractive base salary of between $110,000 - $120,000 plus super plus bonus of up to 10% is on offer.
**Your Background**:
- You will demonstrate a background in Facilities Management within retail, commercial or industrial portfolios
- Have a good appreciation of technical elements around BMS systems, HVAC, essential services and compliance to a high standard
- Experience in the delivery of minor works ranging from plant upgrades to fitouts
- You will actively enjoy providing a high level of customer service and possess good communication skills
- Team player who enjoys working hard, but knowing when to have some fun too.
