The Role
We’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, creation, and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. You’ll be working closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure SafeGauge continues to lead from the front in the industry both visually and strategically.
This role suits someone who enjoys switching between creative design, data analysis, campaign coordination, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Content Creation
• Design digital and print assets including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and product collateral
• Ensure consistency of visual identity across all touchpoints
• Work with external designers and printers as required
• Help maintain a digital asset library with up-to-date and brand-aligned materials
Social Media Management
• Plan, schedule, and post content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels
• Write engaging copy tailored to SafeGauge’s industrial and technical audience
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages professionally
• Track and report on social media KPIs including growth, engagement, and reach
Digital Marketing & Website
• Assist with planning and execution of digital campaigns including email marketing and landing pages
• Maintain and update the company website (e.g., case studies, blog posts, product pages, news items)
• Support SEO efforts and ensure online content is optimised for searchability
• Use tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and user behavior
Event Coordination
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy
• Assist and direct marketing strategy development and ongoing evolution
• Prepare campaign reports and assist in tracking ROI (Return on Investment) metrics
• Support the broader team with general marketing administration as needed
Desirable Skills & Experience
• Experience using marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Shopify)
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
• Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
• Comfortable working in a technical or industrial environment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience
• Experience working with global markets such as the USA and South America
• Event planning or trade show coordination experience
